苎麻炭疽菌研究进展

Advances in Ramie Anthracnose(Colletotrichum spp.)

苎麻是中国重要的纤维作物,炭疽病是影响苎麻纤维产量和品质的重要病害之一。文章参考国内苎麻炭疽菌的研究资料,结合作者的研究结果,对苎麻炭疽病的症状、炭疽病菌的分类地位、病原菌分类鉴定、生物学特性等方面进行综述。国内外有关苎麻炭疽病的研究报道较少,开展苎麻炭疽菌病原种类及优势种群、遗传多样性、致病力机理的研究,将有助于掌握该病害在不同地区和环境下的发生流行规律,以便及时有效地开展病害防御,从而减少化学农药的用量,保护生态环境,防止或减缓苎麻炭疽菌对杀菌剂抗药性的产生。

Ramie is an important fiber crop in China.Ramie anthracnose is one of the important diseases that affects the yield and quality of ramie fiber.In this article,the symptoms,the taxonomic status,the classification and identification,and the biological characteristics of ramie anthracnose pathogens were reviewed combining the research data of ramie anthracnose with the author’s research results.Due to the rarely research reports on ramie anthracnose,study on the categories of anthracnose pathogens and their dominant population,genetic diversity,pathogenicity mechanism of ramie anthracnose will help to grasp the occurrence and prevalence of the disease in different regions and environment and carry out disease defense timely and effectively.Which could reduce the amounts of chemical pesticides,protect the ecological environment and prevent or slow down the emergence of ramie anthracnose resistance to pathogenic fungi.
