核电站仪控设备压力传感器的老化机理分析 被引量:1

摘要 压力传感器作为核动力装置中典型的仪控设备,在当前核电反应堆仪表和控制过程的安全性和可靠性方面发挥重要作用。本文首先介绍了压力传感器的老化机理,然后以压力传感器运行数据为研究对象,对数据进行处理后,估计模型参数并建立ARIMA模型,设定数据分类判定准则,对比模型的预测准确率,选择最优模型对设备的未来运行状态进行预判。经过验证得到,构建的最优ARIMA模型能较准确地预测压力传感器的寿命,预测结果可以为核电站传感器的监测及预测研究作为有力参考。 As a typical instrument and control equipment in nuclear power plants,pressure sensors play an important role in the safety and reliability of current nuclear power reactor instrumentation and control processes.This article first introduces the aging mechanism of the pressure sensor,and then takes the operating data of the pressure sensor as the research object.After the data is processed,the model parameters are estimated and the ARIMA model is established,the data classification criterion is set,and the prediction accuracy of the model is compared,and the best The optimal model predicts the future operating state of the equipment.It has been verified that the constructed optimal ARIMA model can more accurately predict the life of pressure sensors,and the prediction results can be a reference for future nuclear power plant sensor monitoring and prediction research.Finally,the traditional aging management methods and the latest aging management techniques are introduced.
