摘要
针对传统血液透析机流量报警精确度低的问题,在原有样机的基础上,提出基于血液透析机流量报警故障自动诊断的系统设计。首先提出血液透析机流量报警故障自动诊断的硬件和软件框架;然后,对流量测量电路进行设计,并设计基于FreeRTOS实时操作系统的嵌入式软件控制系统,从而实现流量的自动报警控制。最后对构建的系统进行验证。最终结果表明,血液透析机系统对流量控制精度较高,误差都在±3%范围内,说明设计的系统可提高流量报警的精确性,从而为护理工作提供为可靠的后勤服务保障。
In view of the low accuracy of traditional hemodialysis machine,the system design is proposed for automatic diagnosis of the original prototype.The hardware and software framework for automatic diagnosis is proposed;then the flow measurement circuit is designed and the embedded software control system based on FreeRTOS real-time operating system is designed to realize automatic alarm control of flow.Finally,the constructed system was validated.The final result shows that the hemodialysis machine system has high accuracy of flow control,and the error is within 3% of ±,indicating that the designed system can improve the accuracy of flow alarm and thus providing reliable logistics service for nursing work.
