基于S7-1500 PLC的中间包物理模拟自控系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 结合中间包的工艺特点,以Siemens S7-1500 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller,可编程逻辑控制器)为硬件核心建立中间包物理模拟系统,配置多种传感器和控制阀门。运用POTAL软件对控制程序及人机操作界面进行编写。通过数据采集系统对中间包系统液位和电导率等参数进行监控,并生成相应的视图以及RTD(Residual Time Distribution,停留时间分布)曲线。实验表明:系统运行结果良好,提高了连铸中间包物理模拟实验的自动化程度和实验效率,实现了良好的人机交互。应用该系统可显著提高实验的重现性。结果稳定准确,为研究结果的工业化应用提供了有效的指导。 Combined with the process characteristics of tundish,the physical modelling system of tundish was established with Siemens S7-1500 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) as the hardware core.The system was equipped with a variety of sensors and control valves.The control program and man-machine operation interface were compiled with POTAL software.The parameters such as liquid level and conductivity were monitored by data acquisition system.The corresponding views and RTD(Residual Time Distribution) curves were generated.The system runs well,which effectively improves the automation degree and experimental efficiency of the physical modelling experiment of continuous casting tundish.It realizes good human-computer interaction.The application of the system can significantly improve the reproducibility of the experiment.And the results are stable and accurate,which provides an effective guidance for the industrial application of the research results.
