基于安全度约束的ICU病房临床护理呼吸机自动报警方法

摘要 目前使用的ICU病房临床护理呼吸机自动报警中,以某一个报警特征为阈值,缺少综合评判机制,影响最终的报警准确度。本文设计基于安全度约束的ICU病房临床护理呼吸机自动报警方法。重新设计呼吸机报警中的继电器与主控制器引脚电路连接方式,优化呼吸机的自动报警装置。设定以综合安全度为基础的自动报警机制,建立报警决策模型,确定设备中平均指标劣化率,确定预防性报警和报警概率。优化呼吸机的数据通信机制,改变簇首节点与基站之间的通信方式,减少数据二次传输。实验测试结果显示,设计的自动报警方法在不同报警类型测试下,报警准确度相较传统方法都有所提高。 In the current automatic alarm of clinical nursing ventilator in ICU ward,taking a certain alarm feature as the threshold,there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation mechanism,which affects the final alarm accuracy.This paper designs an automatic alarm method of clinical nursing ventilator in ICU ward based on safety constraints.Redesign the circuit connection mode between relay and main controller pin in ventilator alarm,and optimize the automatic alarm device of ventilator.Set the automatic alarm mechanism based on the comprehensive safety degree,establish the alarm decision-making model,determine the average index deterioration rate in the equipment,and determine the preventive alarm and alarm probability.Optimize the data communication mechanism of the ventilator,change the communication mode between the cluster head node and the base station,and reduce the secondary data transmission.The experimental results show that the designed automatic alarm method improves the alarm accuracy compared with the traditional methods under different alarm types.
