双心护理对老年心肌梗死患者心理韧性、心功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of dual-heart nursing on mental toughness,heart function and quality of life in elderly patients with myocar­dial infarction

目的:探究双心护理模式对老年心肌梗死患者心理韧性、心功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年7月将本院接受治疗的老年心肌梗死70.例患者作为研究对象随机分为两组,对照组(35例)和研究组(35例),对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予双心护理模式。结果:护理后,研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较对照组SDS、SAS的评分明显降低、心功能改善情况优于对照组、生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双心护理模式可以提高老年心肌梗死患者的心理韧性,能够缓解患者的抑郁焦虑情绪,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴及应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of dual-heart nursing mode on mental toughness,heart function and quality of life in elderly patients with myocardial infarction.Methods:From April 2019 to July 2020,70 elderly patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(35 cases)and the study group(35 cases),and the control group was adopted For routine care,the study group was given a dual-heart care model on the basis of the control group.Results:After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the improvement of heart function was better than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The dual-heart nursing model can improve the mental toughness of elderly patients with myocardial infarction,relieve their depression and anxiety,and improve their quality of life.It is worthy of clinical reference and application.
