应用针对性护理在甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者护理中的作用

Study on the effect of targeted nursing application in the nurs­ing of patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes mellitus

目的:探究针对性护理在甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者护理中的作用。方法:选择本院2017年6月至2021年3月收治的200例甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组进行护理。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行针对性护理,观察两组患者的临床数据。结果:观察组的临床疗效、满意度及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),且空腹血糖水平、住院时间及并发症发生率均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺功能亢进伴糖尿病患者进行针对性护理的疗效显著,可有效降低患者的血糖水平。

Objective:To explore the role of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with hyperthyroid­ism and diabetes mellitus.Methods:200 cases of hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2021 were selected for grouped nursing,routine nursing in the control group,targeted nursing in the experimental group,and clinical data of the two groups of patients were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclu­sions:The effect of targeted nursing on hyperthyroidism patients with diabetes is significant,which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients.
