摘要
为研究河北省鱼源气单胞菌(Aeromonas spp.)分离株耐药性,选取13种常见抗生素,对102株淡水鱼源气单胞菌进行K-B纸片法药物敏感性实验,并使用PCR方法检测相应耐药基因。结果显示102株受试菌株对13种抗生素表现出不同的耐药率,产生耐药性的抗生素种类范围为1~7种,共获得多重耐药菌44株,不同菌株耐药表型较丰富。分离株对阿莫西林的耐药率高达92.2%;对四环素的耐药率为18.6%;对头孢拉定的耐药率为13.7%,对头孢呋辛、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟三种抗生素均不耐药。耐药基因检出结果与耐药表型不完全一致。
To investigate the drug resistance of Aeromonas spp.isolated from fish raised in Hebei Province,13 kinds of antibiotics were selected,drug susceptibility experiments were performed by K-B disk diffusion method on 102 isolated freshwater fish Aeromonas spp.,and PCR was used to detect the corresponding drug resistance genes.These isolated Aeromonas spp.showed different resistance rates to 13 antimicrobial agents,and showed resistance to 1 to 7 of them.A total of 44 strains of multi-drug resistant bacteria were obtained,and abundant drug-resistant phenotype was found in different strains.The resistance rate of the isolated Aeromonas spp.to amoxicillin was as high as 92.2%,the resistance rate to tetracycline was 18.6%;the resistance rate to cefradine was 13.7%,and no resistant was found to cefuroxime,ceftazidime,or cefepime.The results of resistance gene detection were not fully consistent with the resistance phenotype.
