摘要
浸没在超声波浴中的毛细管会像水泵一样工作,将管内水提升到相当高的高度.通过毛细理论、超声挤压理论、超声空化理论来解释这一现象,通过Tracker追踪不同规格毛细管管内液面高度,利用Matlab计算一段时间内管内液面高度平均值作为该状态下管液面高度的有效值.实验结果表明,在一定功率下,毛细管内液面高度与毛细管内外径之和、毛细管末端与振动面距离、液体温度以及毛细管倾斜角度有关.
A capillary tube submerged in an ultrasonic bath will work like a pump,lifting the water inside the tube to a considerable height.Explain this phenomenon by the capillary theory,ultrasonic squeezing theory,and ultrasonic cavitation theory.The liquid level height inside the capillary tube of different sizes is tracked by Tracker,and the average value of the liquid level inside the tube over a period of time is calculated by Matlab as the effective value of the liquid level of the tube in that state.The experimental results show that the liquid level height inside the capillary tube under a certain power is related to sum of inner and outer diameter of capillary tube,the distance between the end of the capillary tube and the vibration surface,the liquid temperature and the capillary tube tilt angle.
