摘要
本研究以奶粉为稳定剂和还原剂,绿色合成了新型的奶粉功能化石墨烯纳米片(mp-GNS),并且mp-GNS在水中和生理缓冲溶液中均表现出良好的分散性和稳定性。细胞毒性实验表明mp-GNS具有良好的生物相容性,药物吸附实验结果显示其对模型抗癌药物罗丹明6G(R6G)有较高的吸附容量。同时mp-GNS/R6G对R6G的释放具有pH响应性和缓释作用。因此,所制备得到的mp-GNS,可以作为理想的药物载体应用于生物医学研究。
Graphene is a kind of new two-dimensional nanomaterials,and due to their large specific surface area and easiness in surface modification.Graphene-based materials are widely used in drug delivery and other biomedical aspects.In this paper,a new type of milk powder functionalized graphene nanosheets(mp-GNS) was synthesized by a green method using milk powder as the stabilizer and reducing agent.The prepared mp-GNS exhibited excellent dispersibility and stability both in water and physiological buffer solution.Cytotoxicity test demonstrated that mp-GNS also had good biocompatibility.Furthermore,rhodamine 6 G(R6 G) as the model anticancer drug was loaded onto the mp-GNS at a high loading capacity via physisorption for drug delivery.The resultant mp-GNS/R6 G composite experienced a pH-dependent and sustained drug release process.Therefore,the prepared functionalized graphene nanosheets can be used as ideal drug carriers for biomedical applications.
