纳米多孔高熵合金Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3)类酶活性研究及其对抗坏血酸的检测 被引量:2

摘要 采用脱合金法制备了三维纳米多孔高熵合金(NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3)),研究发现该材料具有很好的类过氧化物酶催化活性。用H_(2)O_(2)和经典比色底物3,3’-5,5’-四甲基联苯胺(TMB)对材料进行类酶活性探究,该材料具有良好稳定性并对TMB和H_(2)O_(2)有很强亲和力,催化反应符合Michaelis-Menten动力学理论。同时,利用材料的类过氧化物酶特性,对抗坏血酸(AA)进行检测,检测原理是抗坏血酸与TMB相比,会优先与H_(2)O_(2)发生氧化还原反应,从而在相同时间内延缓TMB的开始氧化时间和最后的氧化程度。基于这一原理,建立了一种检测抗坏血酸(AA)的简便方法,体系吸光度与AA浓度在0.5~60μmol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限低至0.09μmol/L。 In this work,we proposed a dealloying method to synthesize three dimensional nanoporous high-entropy alloys(NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3)).It was found that the NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3 )nanozyme had excellent peroxidase-like activity,and the peroxidase-like activity of NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3) on the reaction between 3,3’,5,5’-tetramethy benzidine(TMB) and H_(2)O_(2) was studied.The results showed that the NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3) had a good stability and strong affinity to both TMB and H_(2)O_(2),and this catalysis was also found to follow Michaelis-Menten kinetics.The NP-Pt_(4)Pd_(4)Au_(4)Ag_(3)RuAl_(3) with the good peroxidase-like activity was used to detect ascorbic acid.Compared with TMB,ascorbic acid will preferentially undergo redox reactions with H_(2)O_(2),thereby delaying the initial oxidation time and final oxidation degree of TMB within the same time.Based on this principle,a simple method for detecting ascorbic acid was established.The detection limit of ascorbic acid was as low as 0.09 μmol/L,and the liner range was 0.5-60 μmol/L.
