中药处方点评对含附子饮片临床合理应用的影响效果分析

Analysis on Influencing Effect of Chinese Herbal Prescription Reviews on Rational Clinical Application of Aconite-Containing Decoction Pieces

目的:探究中药处方点评对含附子饮片临床合理应用的影响效果。方法:选取2019年1-12月丰台社区卫生服务中心应用含附子处方的患者206例为对照组;2020年1-12月丰台社区卫生服务中心应用含附子处方的患者271例为试验组。对照组未使用处方点评,试验组进行处方点评,比较两组患者不合理用药情况、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血压水平。结果:试验组配伍禁忌、用法用量异常(含双签字处方)、诊断与用药不符合等不合理用药发生率低于对照组,试验组四肢抽搐、胸闷气短、呕吐头痛、血压降低等不良反应发生率低于对照组,试验组治疗前后血压水平稳定性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在含附子饮片治疗中应用中药处方点评,可更好地保证用药的合理性,对控制不良反应的发生率、维持血压水平的稳定性,有重大意义。

Objective: To explore the influencing effect of Chinese herbal prescription reviews on the rational clinical application of aconite-containing decoction pieces. Methods: A total of 206 patients treated with aconite-containing prescription in Fengtai Community Health Service Center between January 2019 and December 2019 were included as the control group;and 271patients treated with aconite-containing prescription in Fengtai Community Health Service Center between January 2020 and December 2020 were included as the experimental group. The control group did not adopt prescription reviews, while the experimental group adopted prescription reviews. The irrational drug use, the incidence of adverse reactions, and blood pressure levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of irrational drug use, such as incompatibility, abnormal usage and dosage(including double signature prescription), inconsistence between diagnosis and drug use in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group;the incidence of adverse reactions, such as limb convulsion, chest distress, short of breath, vomiting, headache, lower blood pressure in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group;the stability of blood pressure level before and after treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Chinese herbal prescription reviews in the treatment of aconite-containing decoction pieces can better ensure the rationality of the medication,and is of great significance for controlling the incidence of adverse reactions, and maintaining the stability of blood pressure level.
