莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑治疗老年反流性食管炎的疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Mosapride and Omeprazole in Treatment of Geriatric Reflux Esophagitis

目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年反流性食管炎的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年6月临沂市精神卫生中心消化内科收治的老年反流性食管炎患者118例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各59例。观察组使用奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平变化、生活质量、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的生理功能、躯体疼痛、角色功能、活力、心理健康、社会功能、主观健康状况评分及有效率高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6及hs-CRP水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:老年反流性食管炎治疗中莫沙必利联合奥美拉唑疗效显著,能有效抑制胃酸分泌,改善胃肠动力、减少反流、降低食管黏膜炎症反应、提高生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of mosapride and omeprazole in the treatment of geriatric reflux esophagitis.Methods: A total of 118 elderly patients with reflux esophagitis who were treated in the Department of Gastroenterology of Linyi Mental Health Center from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, and the observation group was treated with mosapride and omeprazole. The clinical efficacy, changes in inflammatory factors, quality of life and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The physiological function, physical function, somatic pain, role function,vitality, mental health, social function, subjective health status scores and the effective rate of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and hs-CRP were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The combination of mosapride and omeprazole has significant efficacy in the treatment of geriatric reflux esophagitis, which can effectively inhibit gastric acid secretion, improve gastrointestinal motility,reduce reflux, decrease esophageal mucosal inflammatory response, improve quality of life, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which has positive clinical significance.
