比较肠镜下治疗急性阑尾炎和腹腔镜阑尾切除的疗效

Efficacy Comparison of Colonoscopy Treatment of Acute Appendicitis and Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的:分析肠镜下治疗急性阑尾炎的应用效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年10月巨邢台市第九医院收治的急性阑尾炎患者96例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各48例。对照组行腹腔镜手术治疗,试验组行肠镜手术治疗,比较两组相关手术指标、预后效果和并发症发生情况。结果:试验组患者手术时间、住院费用、住院时间、腹痛缓解时间、术后白细胞恢复正常时间及术后体温恢复正常时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予急性阑尾炎患者肠镜手术治疗能够显著提升患者的手术效果和预后效果,有利于促进患者恢复健康,并发症发生率低,具有推广价值。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of colonoscopy treatment of acute appendicitis. Methods: A total of 96 patients with acute appendicitis were selected from Xingtai Ninth Hospital from October 2018 to October 2020. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given laparoscopic surgery and the experimental group was given colonoscopy surgery. The relevant surgery indicators, prognostic effects and complications in the two groups were compared. Results: The operation time, hospitalization cost, hospitalization time,abdominal pain relief time, postoperative white blood cell recovery time and postoperative body temperature recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Colonoscopy surgery for patients with acute appendicitis can significantly improve the surgical effect and prognosis of patients, and is conducive to promoting the recovery of patients, with a low incidence of complications, which has promotion value.
