胃肠镜联合检查与胃镜、肠镜分开检查在健康体检人群中的应用效果

Application Effect of Combined Gastroenteroscopy versus Separate Gastroscopy and Enteroscopy in Healthy People of Medical Examination

目的:评价胃肠镜联合检查与胃镜、肠镜分开检查在健康体检人群中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月在肇庆市第一人民医院体检中心体检人员1 350例为研究对象,其中实施胃镜、肠镜分开检查患者1 200例为对照组,实施胃肠镜联合检查患者150例为观察组,比较两组体检人员的检查指标、临床指标异常率以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组检查时间、利多卡因使用量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组检查指标异常总发生率(6.67%)与对照组(5.83%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率(10.00%)与对照组(7.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健康体检人群中实施胃肠镜联合检查花费时间少,且未增加临床指标的异常率和不良反应发生率,因此,建议将联合检查在临床中进行推广普及。

Objective: To evaluate the application effect of combined gastroenteroscopy and separate gastroscopy and enteroscopy in healthy people of medical examination. Methods: A total of 1350 medical examination personnel in Zhaoqing First People’s Hospital Medical Examination Center from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected, among them 1200 patients with separate gastroscopy and enteroscopy were set as control groups, 150 patients with combined gastroenteroscopy were set as observation group. The examination index, abnormal clinical index rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the medical examination personnel in the two groups were compared. Results: The examination time and lidocaine dosage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in VAS score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of abnormal examination indexes between the observation group(6.67%) and the control group(5.83%)(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(10.00%) and the control group(7.50%)(P>0.05). Conclusion: For the healthy people of medical examination, the combined gastroenteroscopy takes less time and does not increase the abnormal rate of clinical indexes and incidence of adverse reactions. Therefore, the combined examination is recommended to be popularized in clinic.
