福多司坦对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者炎性因子的影响分析 被引量:1

Influence Analysis of Fordostan on Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

摘要 目的:观察福多司坦治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者的肺功能及炎性反应影响。方法:选取柳州市人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科2020年1-12月收治的AECOPD患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予福多司坦治疗,对照组给予氨溴索治疗,对两组患者不同时点肺功能及全身炎性因子等指标进行分析。结果:观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比等各项肺功能指标结果均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的超敏C-反应蛋白、白介素-8、中性粒细胞百分比、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶水平等均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AECOPD患者接受福多司坦治疗,对于其肺功能和炎性因子的改善作用较氨溴索更加明显。 Objective: To observe the pulmonary function and inflammatory reactions in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) treated by fordostan. Methods: Sixty patients with AECOPD diagnosed and treated in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Liuzhou People’s Hospital from January to December in 2020 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 30cases in each group. The observation group was treated with fordostan and the control group was treated with ambroxol. Pulmonary function and systemic inflammatory factors at different time points were measured in two groups. Results: The results of various pulmonary function indexes such as forced expiratory volume in the first second, ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity and ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to the prediction value(FEV;% pred) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);High sensitivity C-reactive protein, interleukin-8, percentage of neutrophils and level of neutrophil elastase in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The fudosten treatment in AECOPD patients can significantly improve their pulmonary function and inflammatory factors, which are more obvious than ambroxol.
