家庭康复与医护协助对小儿脑瘫康复治疗的影响

Influence of Family Rehabilitation and Medical Assistance on Rehabilitation Treatment of Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨家庭康复护理与医护人员相互协助对小儿脑瘫康复治疗的效果。方法:选取临沂市残疾人康复服务中心2018年1-12月收治的患儿60例,按照随机排列表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予家庭康复与医护人员相互协助的护理方法,比较两组患儿护理效果、睡眠情况、生活质量、心理状态及总体幸福感。结果:观察组患儿护理总有效率、生理功能、生理智能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、健康的关心、愉快或者忧郁的心境、精力、对情感与行为的控制、紧张、松弛各项评分高于对照组,观察组患儿睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍、PSQI总分、SAS及SDS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭康复护理与医护人员相互协助对脑瘫患儿进行护理,效果理想。

Objective: To explore the effect of family rehabilitation nursing and medical staff mutual assistance on the rehabilitation treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy. Methods: From January to December in 2018, 60 children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to Linyi Rehabilitation Service Center for Disabled Persons were selected. According to the random arrangement table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used routine care and the observation group used family rehabilitation and medical staff mutual assistance nursing method on the basis of control group. The nursing effect, conditions of sleep, quality of life, psychological state and overall well-being feeling of children in the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of total nursing efficiency, physiological function,physiological intelligence, physical pain, general health, concern, happy or melancholy mood of health, energy, control of emotion and behavior, tension and relaxation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The sleep quality, falling sleep time, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction, PSQI total score, SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Family rehabilitation nursing and medical staff mutual assistance achieve ideal nursing effect in children with cerebral palsy.
