综合康复治疗在糖尿病足患者中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy in Diabetic Foot Patients

目的:分析糖尿病足患者实施综合康复治疗的应用效果,为糖尿病足患者的治疗、康复提供参考资料。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年1月北京市海淀区西三旗社区卫生服务中心收治的老年糖尿病足患者60例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例,对照组给予常规基础治疗,试验组给予基础治疗联合综合康复治疗,通过不同的治疗干预手段干预后,比较两组糖尿病足患者创口愈合时间、创口的愈合率、复发率和随访1年后最终的截肢率。结果:经干预后,对照组患者的愈合时间长于试验组,创口的愈合率低于试验组,复发率及随访1年后最终的截肢率高于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合康复治疗运用于糖尿病足患者的治疗中,可以取得明显的治疗效果,缩短愈合时间,促进患者创口的愈合,降低治疗后的复发率,降低截肢率。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in diabetic foot patients, and provide reference materials for the treatment and rehabilitation of diabetic foot patients. Methods: From January 2019 to January2020, 60 elderly patients with diabetes foot treated in Xisanqi Community Health Service Center of Haidian District of Beijing were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional basic therapy and the experimental group was given basic therapy combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. After different interventions, the wound healing time, wound healing rate, recurrence rate and final amputation rate after 1-year follow-up of diabetic foot patients in the two groups were compared. Results: After the intervention,the wound healing time in the control was longer than that in the experimental group, the wound healing rate was lower than that in the experimental group, the recurrence rate and final amputation rate after 1-year follow-up were higher than those in the experimental group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot patients can achieve obvious therapeutic effect, which can shorten healing time, promote wound healing, reduce the recurrence rate after treatment, and reduce the final amputation rate.
