门座起重机与高架移动卸料漏斗组合应用研究

摘要 本文提出门座起重机与高架移动卸料漏斗组合应用方案,主要解决目前大型通用散货码头利用9台门座起重机卸船时,与门座起重机同轨的移动卸料漏斗会占用门座起重机行走轨道范围,导致9台门座起重机无法同时正常作业而损失卸船效率的问题。这种应用组合在目前国家推进绿色智慧港口的政策下,能在不新增码头数量的情况下,充分挖潜既有码头通过能力,实现码头运量的增长,增加港口经济效益与环保效益,特别在一些既有工程的改扩建中是很值得推广应用的。 While ship-unloading with 9 sets of portal cranes in large-sized universal bulk cargo ports,mobile unloading hoppers set on the same rail as portal cranes occupy the travelling range of portal cranes,which will affect normal operation of the above 9 portal cranes and lower ship-unloading efficiency.Thus the combination of portal crane and overhead mobile unloading funnel is applied to solve the problem.And this combined application is imperative with the help of China national policy of promoting green and smart ports.Subject to no berth being increased,the combined strategy will make full use of the existing throughout capacity,realize the growth of freight volume,and raise economic benefits and protect local environment.In addition,it is worthy of promotion in the reconstruction and expansion of some existing project.
