Rapid Construction Technique of Rock-socketed Steel Pipe Pile under Geological Condition of Inland Deepwater Exposed Rock

摘要 结合昭华大桥施工,对内河深水裸岩地质嵌岩钢管桩快速施工关键技术进行了研究。研发了“大型平板驳+液压支腿+锚缆系统”施工平台,确保了平台的快速移动及稳定性;设计了钢护筒快速精准定位限位系统,实现了护筒限位装置的快速滑移和精准定位;创新应用旋挖钻代替冲击钻进行水上成孔,形成了内河深水裸岩地质嵌岩钢管桩快速施工技术。 Based on the construction of Zhaohua bridge,research is carried out for rapid construction of rock-socketed steel pipe pile under geological condition of inland deepwater exposed rock,which produces a construction platform with large flat barge,hydraulic support leg and anchor cable system in order to ensure quick movement and stability of the platform.A quick and accurate positioning system of steel pile casing is designed to assist the steel casing limit switch in fast sliding and accurate positioning.Innovative application of rotating drill in underwater borehole construction instead of percussion drill leads to the rapid construction technique of rock-socketed steel pipe pile driven into exposed rocks in inland deepwater area.
