摘要
近年来随着社会经济的发展和科技的进步,我国新建了许多自动化集装箱码头,实现了集装箱码头无人化、自动化的运行模式。自动化码头与传统码头相比呈现出供电点多,供电连续性要求高的特点。本文以北方某自动化码头作为示例,通过对自动化集装箱码头与传统集装箱码头的对比分析以及自动化码头工作流程的介绍,提出了相应的供电系统设计方案。文中列举了自动化码头几大用电负荷种类,并针对其中的自动导向小车AGV充电系统和船舶岸电系统着重进行了分析和介绍。以便于在进行自动化码头配电设计中加以借鉴。
With the development of social economy,science and technology,many automated container terminals are built in China,and operated in unmanned and automated mode.Compared with traditional terminal,automated terminal requires more power supply points and continuous power supply.Based on a China northern automated terminal,a comparative analysis is carried out for the automated and traditional container terminals,including the work flow of the former one.The corresponding design plan for power supply system is put forward,main types of electric loads for automated terminal are listed,AGV charging system and ship’s shore power system are analyzed,which will provide a reference for the design of electric power distribution of automated terminal.
