摘要
基坑支护结构作为一种临时性结构,在保证基坑及邻近工程环境安全的前提下必须考虑其经济性,选择安全可靠、经济合理的支护形式,对基坑的设计和施工都有着非常重要的意义。本文以某深基坑支护工程为例,分别通过理论方法及有限元法对基坑支护进行计算分析,通过对比分析不同支撑刚度下地连墙内力与变形,确定最合理的支撑方案,随后通过不同开挖过程的各层支撑内力变化对基坑提出安全保护措施。目前工程已经施工完成,施工过程既安全可控又成功控制了成本,验证了基坑支护计算的合理性,对类似工程提供了借鉴。
As a temporary structure,reliable and economical foundation pit support must be be selected in the premise of stable foundation pit and safe neighboring construction environment,which has great significance in the design and construction of foundation pit.Based on a deep foundation pit support project,theoretical method and finite element method were used to calculate the foundation pit support respectively.The most reasonable plan was determined by analyzing the internal force and deformation of concrete diaphragm wall under different support stiffness.And then some protective measures were put forward based on the changes in support force of each layer during different excavation processes.At present,the construction has been completed,its safe and controllable process and reduced cost verify the calculation result of foundation pit support,and provide a reference for similar projects.
