摘要
介绍煤种改变后,煤粉锅炉结焦的情况,通过调整配煤比例,确认了低灰熔点的原料煤是引起锅炉结焦的主要原因,同时制定了相应的预防措施,提高了煤种调整后锅炉运行的安全性和经济性。
This paper introduced the coking happed in pulverized coal boiler after changing the coal type.By adjusting the coal blend ratio,it's determined that the main reason of coking was the coal feedstock with low melt point.Corresponding precaution measures were set up to enhance the safety and economical benefit of the boiler after changing the coal.
