合成气温度计套管故障及处理措施

介绍煤气化装置合成气管道上的温度计保护套管断裂及泄漏的情况,以及在线取出泄漏温度计保护套管的方案,按照方案成功实施了温度计套管的在线取出,避免了事故的发生,保证了装置正常运行。从断裂及泄漏的两支温度计保护套管的设计、结构、材料、套管性能测试等方面分析了套管断裂、泄漏的原因,提出了温度计保护套管的改造方案,改造后的套管应用效果非常好。

This paper described the breakage and leakage of thermowell installed on the synthetic gas line in coal gasification plant,and presented a plan of taking out the leaking thermowell on line.The plan was carried out successfully,which prevented the accident from happening,and guaranteed the normal operation of the plant.We analyzed the reasons of the breakage and leakage of these two thermowells from design,structure,material,and performance test,and put forward a reformation plan,which was approved to be perfect after execution.
