双壳体液氨磁力泵常见故障分析及改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 针对合成氨装置液氨输送双壳体液氨磁力泵在运行过程中出现的滑动轴承容易损坏、固定周期扬程降低以及盘车沉重和卡死等故障,逐一进行原因分析,并采取相应技术改造措施,取得了良好的效果,保障了该泵的安全稳定运行。 Normal failures occurred on double shell magnetic pump for liquid ammonia conveying in synthetic ammonia plant during operation were analyzed,such as damage easily happened on sliding bearing,head decrease during fixed cycle,heaviness and stuck occurred during barring,etc.Corresponding technical reformation measures were taken,and the result was approved to be perfect,which guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the pump.
