摘要
针对某型号转向箱生产效率低及同轴度超差的问题,对该转向箱结构及加工设备进行分析,设计了新夹具,改进了加工工艺。生产实践证明:采用新夹具和新的加工工艺后,转向箱的加工效率提高了50%,合格率超过99%;同时减少了对高性能机床的依赖,提高了公司闲置设备的利用率。
To address the problems of low production efficiency and coaxiality out of tolerance of a certain type of steering box,the structure and processing equipment of the steering box are analyzed,a new fixture is designed,and a new processing technology is formulated.The production practice shows that after the new fixture and the new processing technology are adopted,the processing efficiency of the steering box is increased by 50%,and the qualified rate is increased to more than 99%,which reduces the dependence on high-performance machine tools and improves the utilization rate of idle equipment.
