The Construction and Achievement of the Core Competence of Modern Apprenticeship Based on Shared Governance

现代学徒制试点已六年之久,但何谓现代学徒及其标准并无统一认识。基于共治主体的现代学徒核心素能应当从学徒具备的素质与综合职业能力、专业能力、方法能力、社会能力、职业关键能力来建构,并通过加快现代学徒培养理念转变、构建共治主体责任体系、构建现代学徒课程体系、构建主体共育机制和编写具有学徒培养特征的适用教材等措施,保证基于共治主体的现代学徒核心素能的实现。

It has been six years since the pilot modern apprenticeship was conducted.However,no consensus has been reached over the definition and standard of modern apprenticeship.The competence of modern apprentices as the participants in shared governance should include qualities,all-round occupational capability,professional capability,method capability,social capability,and key occupational capability.To ensure the achievement of key competence of modern apprentices as participants in shared governance,we suggest accelerating the shift of notions on modern apprenticeship,setting up accountability system for participants in shared governance,offering a system of courses centered on modern apprenticeship,establishing joint cultivation mechanism and compiling textbooks featuring modern apprenticeship.
