谁是RCEP区域价值链扩张与强化的“主力军”

Who is the"main force"of RCEP regional value chain expansion and strengthening?

RCEP协定的签署为中国深化与周边国家生产协作,共建区域价值链带来了重要机遇;对RCEP区域价值链扩张与强化历程的测度与梳理具有重要现实意义。研究发现:2000—2019年间,中日韩和越南是推动RCEP区域垂直专业化活动扩张的主要国家,日本、越南、菲律宾和文莱主要推动了RCEP区域垂直专业化活动的强化;(c8、c15、c12)和c24分别是样本期内推动RCEP区域垂直专业化扩张与强化的主力产业。2019年数据显示,中日韩是RCEP垂直专业化活动的主体参与国家,新加坡、韩国和越南等国垂直专业化活动的本区域集聚度较高;c14、c12、c8和c9是区域垂直专业化活动的主体产业,而c8、c24的垂直专业化活动在本区域的集聚程度较高。

The signing of RCEP Agreement has brought important opportunities for China to deepen production cooperation with neighboring countries and jointly build regional value chains.It is of great practical significance to measure and sort out the expansion and strengthening process of RCEP regional value chains.The findings are as follows:During 20002019,China,Japan,Korea and Vietnam were the main countries that promoted the expansion of vertical specialization activities in RCEP region,while Japan,Vietnam,the Philippines and Brunei mainly promoted the strengthening of vertical specialization activities in RCEP region'(c8,c15,c12)and c24 are the main industries that promote the vertical specialization expansion and strengthening of RCEP region during the sample period.According to the data in 2019,China,Japan and South Korea are the main participating countries of RCEP vertical specialization activities,and Singapore,South Korea and Vietnam have higher concentration of vertical specialization activities in this region.C14,c12,c8 and c9 are the main industries of regional vertical specialization activities,while,the vertical specialization activities of c8 and c24 are highly concentrated in this region.
