“一二三四”型高职思政三全育人模式的构建与实施

The"three-in-one education"model of the"1234"in higher vocational colleges'ideological and political education

立德树人是高校思想政治工作的中心环节,“三全育人”是落实这一中心工作的重要载体。在“三全育人”具体要求的对照下,高职院校思想政治教育面临的问题日渐突出,如教育理念尚未统一、教学方式较为单一、教育规律把握不够精准、教学资源比较分散等问题。在凝聚广大师生共识、整合教学资源的前提下,高职院校可从统一教育理念、创新实践方法、打造全过程育人环境、整合多方资源4个方面构建出“一二三四”型高职思政三全育人模式,提高思政教学实效性。

Moral education is the central link of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and"three-in-one education"is an important carrier to implement this central work.Under the specific requirements of"three-in-one education",the problems of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges are becoming increasingly prominent.For example,the education concept has not been unified,the teaching method is relatively single,the grasp of the law of education is not accurate,the teaching resources are scattered and other problems.On the premise of gathering the consensus of teachers and students and integrating teaching resources,higher vocational colleges can construct a"1234"mode of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the four aspects of unifying education idea,innovating practice methods,creating the whole process of educational environment and integrating multiple resources,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
