烯效唑对水稻抗性酶及节间长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探明烯效唑对水稻抗逆性的影响,在水稻拔节期对3个水稻品种喷施烯效唑375 mL·hm^(-2),施药后15、30、45 d测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、多糖含量,收获前测定产量性状。施用烯效唑后30、45 d时显著提高了垦稻22的SOD活性,龙梗31、绥粳18在15 d时SOD活性略有提高,30、45 d略有下降;垦稻22在施药后15、30 d的POD活性升高,45 d时与对照差异不显著,龙粳31在施药15 d时POD活性升高,在30 d和45 d时POD含量显著低于对照,绥粳18在施药后各个时期的POD活性差异不显著;龙粳31在施药15、30 d的CAT活性极显著升高,45 d时CAT活性降低;垦稻22在施药15 d时CAT活性极显著升高,在30、45 d时CAT活性降低,绥粳18在15 d时的CAT活性明显增加,差异显著,在30、45 d时CAT活性降低。施用烯效唑后龙粳31在15、30 d多糖比对照低,第45 d时略高于对照;垦稻22不同时期的多糖含量均低于对照;绥粳18在第15 d的多糖含量低于对照,在30、45 d含量高于对照。烯效唑使不同品种节间长均显著降低,第3节节间长显著缩短。烯效唑对不同水稻品种增产效果有所不同,在龙粳31上增产最高为25.2%,其次为绥粳18增产9.7%,第三是垦稻22增产4.1%。 In order to explore the effect of uniconazole on stress resistance of rice,Uniconazole 375 mL·hm^(-2) was sprayed on three rice varieties at jointing stage,the contents of SOD,POD,CAT,Polysaccharide were determined 15、30 d and 45 d after application,and the yield characters were determined before harvest.The SOD activity of Kendao 22 was significantly increased at 30 d and 45 d after application of uniconazole,while the SOD activity of Longjing31 and Suijing 18 was slightly increased at 15 d,but slightly decreased at 30 d and 45 d.The POD activity of Kendao 22 increased at 15 and 30 d after application,but had no significant difference from that of the control at 45 d.The POD activity of Longjing 31 increased at 15 d after application,but the POD content was significantly lower than that of the control at 30 and 45 d.The POD activity of Suijing 18 had no significant difference at each stage after application.The CAT activity of Kendao 22 was significantly increased at 15 d,but decreased at 30 d and 45 d.The CAT activity of Suijing 18 was significantly increased at 15 d,but decreased at 30 d and 45 d.Longjing 31 polysaccharide was lower than that of the control on the 15 d and 30 d after the application of uniconazole,and slightly higher than that of the control on the 45 d.The polysaccharide content of Kendao 22 in different periods was lower than that of the control.The polysaccharide content of Suijing 18 was lower than that of the control on the 15 d,but higher than that of the control on the 30 and 45 d.uniconazole significantly reduced the internode length of different varieties,and the internode length of the third internode significantly shortened.The highest yield increase was 25.2%in Longjing 31,followed by 9.7%in sui18,Third,Kendao 22 increased its yield by 4.1%.
