摘要
采用平板划线的方法从五大连池老黑山火山石中分离得到Bacillus zanthoxyli LHS-LT20(B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20)和Chryseobacterium nepalense LHS-LT47(C.nepalense LHS-LT47)风化细菌,并采用形态、生理生化和16S rRNA测序的方法进行鉴定。以培养基中Fe浓度为指标,研究两株细菌的风化能力。结果表明,B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20的风化能力较弱,15 d时培养基中的Fe浓度达到0.34 mg·L^(-1)。C.nepalense LHS-LT47风化能力较强,风化12 d后风化速度加剧,15 d后培养基中Fe浓度达到1.24 mg·L^(-1),风化效果是B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20的3.7倍。研究结果为探究火山石风化为土壤的微生物过程提供基础。
The Bacillus zanthoxyli LHS-LT20(B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20)and Chryseobacterium nepalense LHS-LT47(C.nepalense LHS-LT47)were isolated from volcanic rock in Laoheishan of Wudalianchi by streak plate method,and were identified by morpholo-gical,biochemical,physiological characterization and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.The weathering ability of the two bacteria was studied with the iron concentration in the medium as the index.The results showed that the weathering ability of B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20 was weak,and the concentration of Fe in the medium reached 0.34 mg·L^(-1) at 15 d.The weathering ability of C.nepalense LHS-LT47 was strong,and the weathering rate increased after 12 d.After 15 d,the concentration of Fe in the medium reached 1.24 mg·L^(-1),and the weathering effect was 3.7 times of that of B.zanthoxyli LHS-LT20.The results provide a basis for studying the microbial process of volcanic rock weathering in soil.
