护理专业群课程思政教学资源库的构建与实践——以湖北职业技术学院为例

Construction and Practice of ldeological and Political Teaching Resource Database of Nursing Professional Group:Taking Hubei Polytechnic Institute as an Example

为深入推进高水平护理专业群建设,湖北职业技术学院以课程思政教学改革为出发点,坚持“思想本位”“专业本位”“课程本位”“学情本位”“高职本位”“教师本位”的设计原则,以“训赛结合、研用一体、应用便捷、共建共享”为应用导向,一体化开发“1门户3系统4层级6板块”的护理专业群课程思政教学资源库,有效解决了教师在课程思政教学实践中挖掘素材能力不足、思政融入不自然、思政资源匮乏、职教特色不鲜明等问题,为课程思政的有效实施提供了可靠保障。

In order to further promote the construction of high-level professional group of nursing specialty,Hubei Polytechnic Institute starts from its own actual situation,takes the implementation of curriculum ideological and political teaching reform as the foothold and follows the design principles of"ideological standard","professional standard","curriculum standard","academic situation standard","high vocational standard"and"teacher standard".Guided by principles of the application orientation of"combination of training and competition,integration of research and application,convenient application,co-construction and sharing",the integrated development of"1 portal 3 system,4 levels and 6 plates"of nursing professional group's curriculum ideological and political teaching resource database,it has effectively solved the problems of teachers'insufficient ability to excavate materials,unnatural integration of ideological and political resources,lack of ideological and political resources and insufficient distinctive characteristics of vocational education in curriculum ideological and political teaching practice,which has provided a reliable guarantee for the effective implementation of curriculum thought and politics.
