摘要
针对智能工厂生产线仿真环境和设备的需求,以及产生数据的特点,提出了基于BIM建立包括制造设备和制造环境等多方面信息的三维立体模型。同时,从制造设备数据扩充以及制造环境数据扩充两方面进行了MBD数据模型的扩充。扩充后的模型实现了设备运行数据、环境信息和生产过程的有效融合,通过与智能化工厂大数据中心的互联,达到了节约运营成本、提高生产和运维效率的目的。
According to the simulation environment,equipment requirements and data generation characteristics of intelligent factory production line,a three-dimensional model of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing environment based on BIM is proposed in this paper.At the same time,the MBD data model is extended from two aspects:manufacturing equipment data expansion and manufacturing environment data expansion.The expanded model realizes the effective integration of equipment operating data,environmental information and production process.Finally,through the interconnection with the big data center of the intelligent chemical factory,the operation cost was saved and the efficiency of production and operation and maintenance was improved.
