摘要
基于AMESim仿真软件以及液压系统仿真技术,对Windows系统下低成本硬件在环(HIL)半实物仿真的方法进行了研究。首先利用TCP/IP通信实现了软硬件的数据通信,构建了上位机和数据解算控制通道;其次通过USB数据采集卡开发控制器,利用软硬件IO数据交换及系统多线程设计进行仿真数据收发控制;最后通过高精度定时器使用测试,提高了闭环系统下的实时响应能力。设计仿真对比实验提高了系统置信度,对研究方法进行了验证。
Based on the AMESim simulation software and the hydraulic system simulation technology,the method of low-cost hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)simulation in Windows system is studied.Firstly,the research method uses TCP/IP communication to realize the data communication between hardware and software,and constructs the upper computer and data resolution control channel.Secondly,the USB data acquisition card is used to develop the controller,and the software and hardware IO data exchange and multi-thread design of the system are used to control the simulation data transceiver.Finally,the real-time response ability of the closed loop system is improved by using the high precision timer test.The design simulation comparison experiment improves the confidence of the system and verifies the research method.
