摘要
数控虚拟仿真实验作为数控技术课程新开设的专业综合性实验项目,大大提升了数控加工技术实验的教学实效。但在教学实践中发现,学生经常遇到由于原理理解不清、实验路线制定不合理、仿真操作失误等所导致的实验失败现象。为此,基于Visual Basic可视化编程环境,设计了一款数控虚拟仿真实验辅助教学系统。该系统与虚拟仿真实验协同运行,引导学生明确实验目的,清晰实验原理,理清实验路线,导引仿真操作,成为虚拟仿真实验的有益补充。
NC virtual simulation experiment,as a new professional comprehensive experimental project of NC technology course,has greatly improved the teaching effectiveness of NC machining technology experiment.However,in teaching practice,it is found that students often encounter experimental failures caused by unclear understanding of principles,unreasonable formulation of experimental route,and wrong simulation operation.Therefore,based on Visual Basic visual programming environment,this paper designs a NC virtual simulation experiment auxiliary teaching system.The system cooperates with the virtual simulation experiment to guide students to clarify the experimental purpose,the experimental principle and the experimental route and guide the simulation operation,which has become a useful supplement to the virtual simulation experiment.
