摘要
焦炭塔是焦炭化工艺中的核心设备,同时也是压力容器中使用环境最恶劣的设备之一,受到自重、内压、风载以及地震载荷等多种载荷作用,这些载荷对设备的强度影响较大。利用有限元分析技术对焦炭塔设备建模,进行模态分析和地震载荷作用下的动力响应分析,找到应力集中区域,为焦炭塔的设计分析提供参考。
As the core equipment in the coking process,the coke drum is also one of the equipment with the worst operating environment in the pressure vessel.The coke drum is subjected to various loads such as self-weight,internal pressure,wind load and seismic load,which have a great impact on the strength of the equipment.Using the finite element analysis technology,the coke drum equipment was modeled,and the modal analysis and dynamic response analysis under the action of earthquake loads were carried out,and the stress concentration area was found,which provided a reference for the design and analysis of the coke drum.
