力士乐A4VHS4电子泵仿真研究

摘要 相较于常见的应用液压阀及机械变量反馈装置的液压泵,A4VHS4电子泵在实现复合控制中采用将流量、功率及压力全部转化为电信号的反馈方式,实现了用控制器来改变液压泵排量。分析了A4VHS4电子泵结构和工作原理,并在AMESim软件中搭建模型进行理论分析以验证其动态特性。得出在复合控制中,电子泵控制器时刻在比较压力偏差与流量偏差信号,并将最小值作为控制信号通过三个闭环输出到伺服阀,进而改变电子泵排量,实现电子泵的三种控制模式。 Compared with the common hydraulic pump using hydraulic valve and mechanical variable feedback device,A4VHS4 electronic pump adopts the feedback mode of converting flow,power and pressure into electrical signals in the realization of compound control,so as to use the controller to change the displacement of the hydraulic pump.Analyze its structure and working principle,build a model in AMESim software,and conduct theoretical analysis to verify its dynamic characteristics.It is concluded that in the composite control,the electronic pump controller compares the pressure deviation and flow deviation signals at all times,takes the minimum value as the control signal,and outputs it to the servo valve through three closed loops,so as to change the displacement of the electronic pump and realize the three control modes of the electronic pump.
