针对小指根部断裂者的机械假肢设计

摘要 在当代社会中,由工伤、交通事故、打架斗殴等原因造成手指断裂的事件时有发生,而很多伤者因为没有及时接受治疗导致永久失去手指。针对小指根部断裂者,使用建模软件设计并制作了一种固定在手掌上,由牵引线和弹簧进行控制,通过滑轮进行传动的机械假肢。该装置具有佩戴简单、轻便灵巧、成本低廉的特点,经济效益明显,经过改装能够扩展应用于其他手指断裂的情况。 In contemporary society,incidents of broken fingers caused by work-related injuries,traffic accidents,fights and other reasons often occur,and many injured people have permanently lost their fingers because they did not receive treatment in time.For those who have broken the root of the little finger,a mechanical prosthesis fixed on the palm of the hand,controlled by a traction wire and a spring,and driven by a pulley is designed and manufactured using modeling software.The device has the characteristics of simple wearing,light weight and dexterity,low cost,obvious economic benefits,and can be modified and expanded to be applied to other finger fracture situations.
