摘要
基于自动化、连续化、高效化、智能化生产的设计理念,设计了有机集成PLC控制技术、气动技术、视觉检测技术及机器人技术的行星轮滚针轴承自动化装配单元,实现了行星轮滚针轴承生产过程所有零部件的自动供料、行星轮内孔自动定量均匀注油、自动装配、自动检测、机器人自动码垛等功能。
Based on the design concept of automatic,continuous,efficient and intelligent production,an automatic assembly unit of needle roller bearings for planetary gears is designed that organically integrates PLC control technology,pneumatic technology,visual inspection technology and robotic technology.It realizes the automatic feeding of all parts in the production process of the needle roller bearing of the planetary wheel,the functions of automatic quantitative and even oil injection in the inner hole of the planetary wheel,automatic assembly,automatic detection,automatic robot stacking and other functions.
