摘要
针对瓜类品质自动化与多维度拣选的需求,设计了一种基于大小、纹理、缺陷多维度识别的瓜类分拣机。瓜通过进料装置进入传送装置,在检测装置部分进行瓜品质的检测与判断,进而经由分料装置完成不同等级瓜的自动化分拣工作。该分拣机柔性大、精度高、成本低,对瓜类种植者增收、瓜类市场精品化变革具有一定的实用价值。
According to the requirements of melon quality automation and multi-dimensional picking,a melon Sorter Based on multi-dimensional recognition of size,texture and defect is designed.Melons enter the conveyor through the feeding device,detect and judge the quality of melons in the detection device,and then complete the automatic sorting of melons of different grades through the sorting device.The sorter has the advantages of large flexibility,high precision and low cost,which is of certain practical value to increase the income of melon growers and the transformation of high-quality melon market.
