摘要
针对双金属管水压复合加工过程中水压变化率高、难以精确控制的问题,基于PLC设计了水压复合设备压力控制系统,该系统由触摸屏、PLC、传感器、高压水泵等组成。首先对控制系统功能需求进行了分析,然后对系统总体架构与系统硬件、软件进行了设计,最后探究了PID控制在水压复合水压增压、保压过程中的运用。使用AKWorkshop软件进行了监控界面设计,实现了设备工作状态实时显示、加工压力参数上位设定等功能,提高了水压复合设备的可操作性。研究表明,应用PID控制有利于快速精准调节压力,保证了水压复合增压、保压过程的水压稳定,保障了双金属管水压复合的加工质量。
In order to solve the problems of high change rate of water pressure and difficult to control accurately in the process of bimetal pipe hydraulic compound processing,a pressure control system of hydraulic compound equipment is designed based on PLC in this paper.The system consists of touch screen,PLC,sensor,high-pressure water pump,etc.Firstly,the functional requirements of the control system are analyzed,then the overall structure of the system and the hardware and software of the system are designed.Finally,the application of PID control in the process of hydraulic compound water pressure boosting and pressure retaining is explored.SKTOOOL software is used to design the monitoring interface,which realizes the functions of real-time display of equipment operating state,upper setting of processing pressure parameters,and improves the operability of hydraulic composite equipment.The research shows that the application of PID control facilitates the fast and precise pressure regulation,ensures the water pressure stability in the process of hydraulic compound boosting and holding pressure,and guarantees the processing quality of hydraulic compound of bimetal pipe.
