摘要
机器人在替代人的重复性劳动及适应恶劣环境等方面有着不可替代的优势。以3A分子筛生产企业自动化改造的一个项目为例,研究了基于PLC与工业机器人的智能上料系统,两者之间通过PROFINET进行通讯及信号交互,使得产品的输送、上料都能实现自动化,解决了传统工艺稳定性差、自动化程度低的问题,从而解放劳动力,降低人工成本。
Robots have irreplaceable advantages in replacing human repetitive labor and adapting to harsh environments.This paper takes a project of automation transformation of 3A molecular sieve production enterprise as an example,and studies the intelligent feeding system based on PLC and industrial robot.Communication and signal interaction between the two are carried out through PROFINET,so that the conveying and feeding of products can be automated.It solves the problems of poor stability and low automation of traditional processes,thereby liberating labor and reducing labor costs.
