摘要
应用AMESim仿真软件,建立液压系统位置控制精度达到0.01 mm的仿真模型。通过仿真结果对比伺服阀分辨率与滞环、系统内泄漏、伺服油缸摩擦阻尼等因素对位置控制精度造成的影响,并对影响因素进行分析得出相应结论。提出普遍适用性方案,在模型中加入加速度反馈校正,提高系统阻尼比,在满足控制精度情况下降低系统经济成本。
The AMESim simulation software is used to establish a simulation model with a hydraulic system position control accuracy of 0.01mm.Through the simulation results,the influence of the servo valve resolution and hysteresis,the leakage in the system,the friction damping of the servo cylinder and other factors on the position control accuracy is compared,and the corresponding conclusions are obtained by analyzing the influencing factors.A universal applicability scheme is proposed,and the acceleration feedback correction is added to the model to improve the damping ratio of the system and reduce the economic cost of the system under the condition of satisfying the control accuracy.
