摘要
介绍了FANUC0iD系统的二进制译码指令和二进制代码转换指令,以数控机床工作方式转换为例,基于二进制译码指令和二进制代码转换指令分别编制了PMC控制程序,并将两种PMC程序分别写入数控系统进行调试,调试结果验证了程序正确可行。
The binary decoding instructions and binary code conversion instructions of the FANUC0iD system are introduced.Taking the working mode conversion of CNC machine tools as an example,PMC control programs were compiled based on binary decoding instructions and binary code conversion instructions,and the two PMC programs were written into the CNC system for debugging.The debugging results verify that the program is correct and feasible.
