矿用带式输送机跑偏机理及纠偏装置设计应用 被引量:10

摘要 雁崖煤业大同有限公司基于5301巷带式输送机在运行过程中出现跑偏,导致输送机运行失稳、撒料、断带等现象,不仅降低了带式输送机运输效率,增加了输送机故障率及维修费用,而且威胁着采掘工作面运输安全。对此,普掘一队对输送机跑偏机理进行分析,并设计了一套电控纠偏装置。通过实际应用发现,输送机安装该装置后,跑偏事故率降低了80%,保证了带式输送机安全稳定运行,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the phenomenon that the belt conveyor in Yanya Cool Industry Datong Co.,Ltd.lane 5301 deviates during operation,which leads to the instability,material scattering and belt breaking of the conveyor,it not only reduces the transportation efficiency of the belt conveyor,increases the conveyor failure rate and maintenance cost,but also threatens the transportation safety of the mining face.In this regard,the first team of general excavation analyzed the deviation mechanism of the conveyor and designed a set of electronic control deviation correction device.Through practical application,it was found that after the conveyor was installed with the device,the deviation accident rate was reduced by 80%,which ensured the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor and achieved remarkable application results.
