基于FSW原理的金属/聚合物连接工艺及发展

摘要 金属/聚合物复合结构为工程轻量化设计提供了新的思路。搅拌摩擦焊及其衍生技术可以实现金属与聚合物的连接并获得优质的焊接接头。结合连接机制,综述了金属/聚合物复合结构搅拌摩擦焊国内外研究现状,在此基础上提出了未来金属/聚合物复合结构搅拌摩擦焊研究方向。 The metal/polymer composite structures provides a new explication for engineering lightweight.The high quality metal/polymer joint can be achieved via friction stir welding or some of its derivative technology.This paper introduces researches about friction stir welding between metal and polymer both native and foreign base on the joining mechanism.Finally,some future trend of the friction stir welding between metal and polymer are pointed out.
