用于下肢辅助行走的外骨骼产品设计研究

摘要 为实现健康生活,基于下肢残障人群增多及产品设计趋于人性化的背景,对用于下肢辅助行走的外骨骼产品设计进行了研究分析,从而提出更能满足下肢残障人群需求的外骨骼产品设计方案。首先,对作为研究对象的外骨骼产品进行了解;然后,研究下肢残障人群的生理及心理特征,分析该类群体的需求;最后,通过综合分析外骨骼产品功能、结构、造型、材质等方面,归纳出外骨骼产品的设计思路,为今后的外骨骼产品设计发展提供一定的参考。 In order to achieve a healthy life,based on the background of increasing number of people with lower limb disabilities and the humanization of product design,the design of exoskeleton products for lower limbs assisted walking was studied and analyzed to put forward an exoskeleton products design scheme that can better meet the needs of people with lower limb disabilities.Firstly,the exoskeleton products as the research object were understood;then,the physical and psychological characteristics of people with lower limb disabilities were studied,and the needs of this type of group were analyzed;finally,the design idea of exoskeleton products was summarized through comprehensive analysis of functions,structure,shape,material,etc.,which provides certain reference for the future development of exoskeleton products design.
