腹腔镜联合经皮超声引导射频消融术治疗肝血管瘤的临床研究

Clinica Study of Laparoscopy Combined with Percutaneous Ultrasound-Guided Radiofrequency Ablation in Treatment of Hepatic Hemangioma

目的:探讨分析腹腔镜联合经皮超声引导射频消融术治疗肝血管瘤的效果。方法:将2019年1月-2020年12月重庆市长寿区人民医院收治的48例肝血管瘤患者作为研究对象,按照不同手术方法将患者分对照组与试验组,各24例。对照组实施腹腔镜肝血管瘤切除术,试验组实施腹腔镜联合经皮超声引导射频消融术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组患者手术相关指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合经皮超声引导射频消融术可有效治疗肝血管瘤,患者手术时间、术后进食、引流时间更短,术中失血量更少,并发症发生率更低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective: To discuss and analyze the effect of laparoscopy combined with percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of hepatic hemangioma. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2020, 48 patients with hepatic hemangioma who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Changshou District in Chongqing City were included as the subjects, and they were divided into control group and test group according to different surgical methods, with 24 cases in each group. The control group underwent laparoscopic hepatic hemangioma resection, and the test group underwent laparoscopy combined with percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results: The operation-related indicators of patients in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the test group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with percutaneous ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation can effectively treat hepatic hemangioma.Patients have shorter operation time, shorter postoperative food intake and drainage time, less intraoperative blood loss, and lower incidence of complications. It has clinical application value.
