揿针联合小金丸治疗乳腺增生临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Glands by Needle-Embedding Acupuncture Combined with Xiaojin Pill

目的:探讨揿针联合小金丸治疗乳腺增生的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年9月于两癌筛查中诊断为乳腺增生症伴有乳腺结节患者218例,将其分为试验组(110例)和对照组(108例)。对照组患者单纯服用小金丸治疗,试验组患者应用揿针联合小金丸治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后,试验组痊愈率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后,试验组疼痛及乳腺结节直径较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针联合小金丸治疗乳腺增生效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective: To investigate the effect of needle-embedding acupuncture combined with Xiaojin Pill in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods: A total of 218 patients diagnosed with mammary gland hyperplasia and mammary gland nodules during screening of two cancers from June 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group(110 cases) and control group(108 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with Xiaojin Pill only, while patients in the experimental group were treated with Xiaojin Pill combined with needle-embedding acupuncture. The treatment effect in two groups was observed. Results: After treatment, the recovery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the pain and mammary gland nodule diameter in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The needle-embedding acupuncture combined with Xiaojin Pill in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands have significant effect and deserve clinical promotion.
