个性化心理护理在血液透析中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Individualized Psychological Nursing in Hemodialysis

目的:探讨个性化心理护理在血液透析中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年7月-2021年1月镇江市第一人民医院接受血液透析患者66例,采用随机法分为对照组与观察组,各33例。对照组采用传统护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用个性化心理护理。观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理后总有效率与总满意度分别为93.9%、93.9%,高于对照组的81.8%、75.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后各项生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为3.0%,低于对照组的15.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对血液透析患者开展护理过程中结合个性化心理护理效果显著,可提高患者生活质量,降低并发症发生。

Objective: To explore the application effect of individualized psychological nursing in hemodialysis. Methods: A total of 66 patients undergoing hemodialysis in Zhenjiang First People’s Hospital from July 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing, while the observation group was given individualized psychological nursing on the basis of control group. The nursing effects in two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate and total satisfaction degree of patients in the observation group after nursing were 93.9% and 93.9%, respectively, which were higher than 81.8% and 75.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group after nursing were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.0%, which was lower than 15.2% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of individualized psychological nursing in the process of nursing care for patients with hemodialysis is very effective, which can improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the complications.
